I just had baby #2 via c-section on June 22nd, and my husband is up for new orders (US Navy). Life is just busy.
Will you ever breed again?
Of course! I can't stay out of rats for long. I just need a break for a bit. Please check back for updates.
Can you give me an estimate on when you'll have babies?
Nope.
Are you homing your adult breeders?
Nope.
Can I adopt [insert resident name here]?
Unless it says "For Adoption!" right above their name, nope.
I can no longer care for my rat(s), will you take it/them?
No.
Can I come visit/play with your rats?
No. I'm a closed rattery operating out of my family home, I will not allow visitors for not only my rat's safety, but my own as well. I don't give out my home address, either. This isn't to be shady, but simply because many times of the year, due to being a navy wife, I live alone!
Can you recommend another breeder for me?
Yes! Check my links list for fabulous ratteries I work with/speak to on frequent occasions. I recommend all of them. If I won't work with them myself, they aren't on my links page, end of story!
